If you are struggling with bereavement and would like to talk to someone about how you are feeling, please click on the webchat link at the bottom of your screen. With webchat, you can speak to a bereavement counsellor about how you are feeling right now.
You can remain anonymous or provide your name, whichever you prefer.
Webchat is a free service and is available to anyone over the age of 18. It is open Monday to Friday, 9am-9pm.
