Falkirk Wheel Abseil

Experience the thrill of abseiling 100ft from one of Scotland's most iconic landmarks - the world famous Falkirk Wheel!

March 21, 2026

We are delighted to have secured a few places at this really popular event and by taking part, you will provide vital support - and offer hope - to children, young people and adults who are struggling to cope following the death of a loved one.

Imagine slowly lowering 100ft down the world's only rotating boat lift, recognised as a marvel of engineering across the world. The Falkirk Wheel connects the Forth & Clyde Canal with the Union Canal in a half-turn that takes only five minutes - and now is your chance to experience it in a different kind of way!

The abseil will take place in the morning of 21 March 2026 - exact time slot will be confirmed later this year.

No experience necessary - expert guidance will be provided throughout.

Please note: the minimum age for this event is 11 years old old, you must be at least 140cm tall, and you must not weigh any more than 18 stone.
