You are not alone.
If you are feeling suicidal, or have concerns about a friend or loved one, the organisations and charities we have listed below can help with support for mental health and well-being.
We have listed just a few national organisations as well as some that operate locally in your region, however there are many more great support networks out there too that are there to help when you need it most.
Andy’s Man Club
