Chief Operating Officer
Fiona has been employed with Cruse Scotland at Headquarters since 2002 and is now the Chief Operating Officer. Fiona describes this as ”a demanding role, with one constant theme… never a dull moment!”
Fiona line-manages and has regular communication with Cruse Scotland’s Area Managers located across Scotland and she oversees the day-to-day delivery of services and projects. She works closely with the Chief Executive, to ensure Cruse Scotland is delivering on all aspects of the organisation’s strategy.
Prior to joining Cruse Scotland, Fiona was employed with the NHS, working in the Tayside Area Clinical Psychology Department for 11 years. Outside of work, Fiona enjoys family time which includes furry family members too.
