Bereavement Services for Employers

Cruse Scotland works with employers, managers and staff in workplaces throughout the country to help them understand and respond to grief and bereavement. 

This includes supporting Human Resources teams and employees to cope with the death of a colleague, as well as training staff that encounter death and bereavement in the organisation’s clients or customers.
