Support Groups

We are often able to facilitate bereavement support groups that many clients have found very beneficial in helping them cope and come to terms with their loss.

Groups will either be held online or in-person, and are tailored towards clients who are recently bereaved (Early Support Groups) or for those who are bereaved for six months or longer. We also have social focused support groups in some areas of the country.

Groups currently running, or scheduled, are:

Early Support Groups (for those bereaved less than six months)

In-person group support
Where: Glasgow City Centre
When: 25 October (TBC) for six weeks

If you are interested in accessing a support group, you will first need to self refer into Cruse Scotland - you can do this by contacting our Helpline (0808 802 6161), emailing support@crusescotland.org.uk, or contacting GriefChat and your details will be taken and interest in Group support noted. We do have an assessment process to ensure that Groups are the most suitable form of support for you – so a member of the team will be in touch to arrange that assessment with you.
