We are often able to facilitate bereavement support groups that many clients have found very beneficial in helping them cope and come to terms with their loss.
Groups will either be held online or in-person, and are tailored towards clients who are recently bereaved (Early Support Groups) or for those who are bereaved for six months or longer. We also have a 'Walk & Talk' support group in some areas of the country.
Groups currently running, or scheduled, are:
Walk & Talk – walking groups for people who have been bereaved

When dates have been announced and if you are interested in accessing a support group, you will first need to self refer into Cruse Scotland - you can do this by contacting our Helpline (0808 802 6161), emailing support@crusescotland.org.uk, or contacting GriefChat and your details will be taken and interest in Group support noted. We do have an assessment process to ensure that Groups are the most suitable form of support for you – when suitable groups are running we will contact you with further details about this.
