Bespoke Bereavement Training for the Workplace

Cruse Scotland can offer personalised support to your company or organisation, based on your specific needs around grief and bereavement.

Bespoke bereavement training and support could include:

  • Design and delivery of a training course relating to grief awareness for your staff
  • Support and guidance in creating and implementing bereavement-friendly HR function and policy in the workplace
  • Skills-based communication training for public facing staff roles
  • Consultancy and support to staff/leadership following a death in the workplace.

Cruse Scotland utilises our learning content flexibly and efficiently to match your needs and we offer content across two learning environments; delivering this training either in person or online, for up to 12 delegates at a time.

All courses are delivered by one of our Training Team, who are professional trainers specialising in mental health, bereavement and trauma.

Duration:

Anything from 2.5 hours to a number of days

Online learning through video conferencing offers time focused sessions from 2.5 hours each, or we can provide in-person sessions which explores themes and content in more depth over a day or a number of days, in your workplace or location of your choice.

Pricing:

Cost vary depending on requirements and participant numbers.

As a general guide, for up to 12 delegates attending either a 2.5 hours online course or one full business day in-person course:

Public & Private Sector

  • £1,000 for an online session
  • £1,200 for in-person training

Third Sector

  • £600 for an online session
  • £800 for in-person training
