Donald is a partner with the actuarial consultancy firm Isio and heads up their practice in Scotland. His expertise lies mainly in advising on how to deal with the financial complications that pensions can present to employers and trustee boards.
He has plied his trade as a consulting actuary for some 20 years having originally trained and qualified with Scottish Amicable.
From 2008 to early 2020 Donald was a partner at the international consulting firm KPMG.
Donald was a keen rugby player back in the day having gained representative honours at university and then during his club career. These days, he enjoys golf, skiing, live music, sailing, reading and spending time with his family.
